Fried Long Beans With Shrimp (Kacang Panjang Goreng Simple.
Ingredient;
500gm Long beans
1 Bowl of shrimp ( peeled )
2 pcs red chillies (tiny cut)
3 shallots ( medium large ) Pound
1 clove garlic Pound
1 tomatoes cut into 6
Salt
Seasoning ( can replace it with a little sugar )
Oil for frying.
Preparation;
-Heat the oil.
-Saute the pounded ingredient until fragrant.
-Add the shrimp
-Add Long Beans . Mix well.
-Add Long Beans . Mix well.
-Add little bit of water.
-Add salt and seasoning and adjust the taste.
-Done.
