✿ Creamy Macarony Salad ✿

- Creamy Macarony Salad Recipe - 

I’m one of those who really love this dessert, I also have my own version of it…very creamy & tasty becoz I really want it that way. I put generous amount of mayonaise, cheese & fruits.

Ingredients ;

1 kilogram macaroni pasta
1 can condensed milk
1 can ladies choice real mayonaise (Medium-sized)
1 box kraft eden cheese
1 can fruit cocktail (medium-sized)
2 packs nata de coco (400 g) – green and red color
1 can pineapple slices, diced into small pieces
1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup jackfruit
Red & green cherry fruits
1tspn cooking oil




Cooking Procedure:

Boil the 1 kg. pasta for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add 1tspn cooking oil . then give a quick stir.
Once cook drain the macaroni & set aside to cool.
Drain the fruit cocktail & nata de coco.
In a mixing bowl combine the macaroni pasta, fruit cocktail, nata de coco, mayonaise, condensed milk, pineapple slices, raisins, red & green cherry fruits, jackfruit & grated cheese.
Put the mixture in a desired container.
Refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
Ready to serve. Serve it chilled.

Another dish I did for my sister’s birthday is the Macaroni fruit salad. I didn’t follow any recipe.. This is one of the tastiest, most flavorful salads we’ve had in a long time. There’s a bit of everything in here…creamy, sweet, salty, sour, crunchy and chewy, and it all comes together in perfect balance.. So yummy..hehe

We keep the party for just us. That doesn’t mean we never meet up with friends or avoid other people all together, but we keep the special party just for our family. dinner, dessert, and presents..

Sister, we've been there through life's sorrow and pain
