✿ Recipe Telur Ayam Masak Lemak ✿

The reason why I cook, it gives me a feeling of something that I can do by myself. When I’m in the kitchen I’m allowed to do whatever I want. Mix whatever flavors I feel. There are no rules and restrictions when I cook. However, the greatest joy to me is to watch husband & family enjoy my cooks. okay , this entry I would like to share my "Telur Ayam Masak Lemak". yumm yumm... ^^

Ingredient;

5 Chicken eggs, boiled & peel off the shell . Set aside

5 shallots (blend)

3 cloves garlic (blend)

1 cm turmeric (blend)  

Ikan Bilis (blend)

4 cups coconut milk

1 lemongrass .. 

Asam gelugur 

3 pieces of Red Chillies

Salt 

Sugar 

Seasoning

Preparation;

-Enter blended ingredients, coconut milk and lemongrass in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

-Stirring constantly, Add a salt , Red Chillies, Seasoning and Asam gelugor (tamarind).

-Upon fully boil, shut of the heat . 

-Ready.

✿ Recipe Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe ✿

A simple & easy Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe.

Ingredients:

Salt

Seasoning

Turmeric powder.

For the sauce;

5 Shallots, sliced

3 Cloves garlic, sliced

½" Ginger, sliced

5 tbs Tomato sauce

3 tbs Chilli sauce

2 Red chillis (thinly cut)

½ cup water

1 Tomato (cut into 6)

Spring onions 

Salt 

Seasoning

Sugar (to taste)

Cooking oil

Preparation;

-Coat the fish with turmeric powder,salt and seasoning and fry till golden brown.

-Make sure the fish is equally cooked, then set aside.

-Heat the oil and saute the shallots, garlic and ginger.

-Once fragrant, add in the tomato and chilli sauces along with the water.

-When the gravy has thickened, pour it on top of the fish.

-Garnish with spring onions.

-Serve.

✿ Mama Bridal ✿

Since the last 7 years ago my family was already involved in business, selling Muslimah dresses, blouses and veils , ranging from small scale business we were able to open up a boutique shop that is quite spacious and comfortable. In within 7 years it was a lot of challenges, but thanks Allah, we were able to survive until today . Alhamdulillah.

To see the growth of decorating wedding dais business today, makes me & my sister Bie feel like trying, Planning to name our bridal business with "Mama Bridal" in honor of our beloved Arwah Mama,  even if this business is quite challenging because it requires high commitment and should dare to sit down and talk with anyone who requires our service . Need to be patient with client because it is their right and we as responsible parties have to be more professional in dealing with clients demands in order to meet their tastes . Bie & I challenged to try this business because we want to try something new, something challenging. I think the world today's fast growing business, make it easy for us to find a design to be made in the aisle .

✿ 4 Ways Helping children to be cheerful and positive ✿

Some ideas that we can try to practice to help children upbeat and positive.

1. Gratitude . 

One good and easy way to educate children so that they become more positive thinking is to practice gratitude . Every day , ask our children express their grateful to have it . Select a consistent time to share that gratitude among each other ( after maghrib prayer while waiting for incoming time 'Isyak, example ) and repeat for 21 days so that it becomes a habit. Do'a before bed may also be used as a ritual to express gratitude . Studies indicate where this simple ritual can help the brain induce something kindness and help establish a good and positive memories from time to time .

2. SMILE . 

Smiles on the lips have a miracle to improve our mood and outlook . When we see a person smiling , neurons in our brain receives the signal and tells our brain to reply back the smile . This action will spread the joy in our environment . Train children to be easy smile, always give a smile to them beforehand .

3. JOURNAL .

 Encourage children to take at least two minutes each day to write a positive experience that they pass on the day. Our brain can not make the difference between a visualization with real experience , so by writing a journal about the positive experiences through which positive impact twice .

4. PLAY . 

Assign at least 15 minutes a day to do fun activities together like playing badminton , cycling together , play hide and seek and so on . Habits of fun for 15 minutes is not only good for physical health but also good for reducing the risk of stress and depression .
